SV	En tot Abjathar, den priester, zeide de koning: Ga naar Anathoth, op uw akkers; want gij zijt een man des doods; maar op dezen dag zal ik u niet doden, omdat gij de ark des Heeren HEEREN voor het aangezicht van mijn vader David gedragen hebt, en omdat gij verdrukt zijt geweest, in alles, waarin mijn vader verdrukt was.
WLC	וּלְאֶבְיָתָ֨ר הַכֹּהֵ֜ן אָמַ֣ר הַמֶּ֗לֶךְ עֲנָתֹת֙ לֵ֣ךְ עַל־שָׂדֶ֔יךָ כִּ֛י אִ֥ישׁ מָ֖וֶת אָ֑תָּה וּבַיֹּ֨ום הַזֶּ֜ה לֹ֣א אֲמִיתֶ֗ךָ כִּֽי־נָשָׂ֜אתָ אֶת־אֲרֹ֨ון אֲדֹנָ֤י יְהֹוִה֙ לִפְנֵי֙ דָּוִ֣ד אָבִ֔י וְכִ֣י הִתְעַנִּ֔יתָ בְּכֹ֥ל אֲשֶֽׁר־הִתְעַנָּ֖ה אָבִֽי׃
Trans.	ûlə’eḇəyāṯār hakōhēn ’āmar hammeleḵə ‘ănāṯōṯ lēḵə ‘al-śāḏeyḵā kî ’îš māweṯ ’ātâ ûḇayywōm hazzeh lō’ ’ămîṯeḵā kî-nāśā’ṯā ’eṯ-’ărwōn ’ăḏōnāy JHWH lifənê dāwiḏ ’āḇî wəḵî hiṯə‘annîṯā bəḵōl ’ăšer-hiṯə‘annâ ’āḇî:

AC	כו ולאביתר הכהן אמר המלך ענתת לך על שדיך--כי איש מות אתה וביום הזה לא אמיתך כי נשאת את ארון אדני יהוה לפני דוד אבי וכי התענית בכל אשר התענה אבי
ASV	And unto Abiathar the priest said the king, Get thee to Anathoth, unto thine own fields; for thou art worthy of death: but I will not at this time put thee to death, because thou barest the ark of the Lord Jehovah before David my father, and because thou wast afflicted in all wherein my father was afflicted.
BE	And to Abiathar the priest the king said, Go to Anathoth, to your fields; for death would be your right reward; but I will not put you to death now, because you took up the ark of the Lord God before David my father, and you were with him in all his troubles.
Darby	And the king said to Abiathar the priest, Go to Anathoth, to thine own fields; for thou art worthy of death; but I will not at this time put thee to death, because thou didst bear the ark of Adonai Jehovah before David my father, and because thou hast been afflicted in all wherein my father was afflicted.
ELB05	Und zu Abjathar, dem Priester, sprach der König: Gehe nach Anathoth, auf deine Felder, denn du bist ein Mann des Todes; aber an diesem Tage will ich dich nicht töten, weil du die Lade des Herrn Jehova vor meinem Vater David getragen, und weil du gelitten hast in allem, worin mein Vater gelitten hat.
LSG	Le roi dit ensuite au sacrificateur Abiathar: Va-t'en à Anathoth dans tes terres, car tu mérites la mort; mais je ne te ferai pas mourir aujourd'hui, parce que tu as porté l'arche du Seigneur l'Eternel devant David, mon père, et parce que tu as eu part à toutes les souffrances de mon père.
Sch	Und zu dem Priester Abjatar sprach der König: Gehe hin nach Anatot, auf deinen Acker; denn du bist ein Mann des Todes; aber ich will dich heute nicht töten, denn du hast die Lade Gottes, des HERRN, getragen vor meinem Vater David und hast mitgelitten alles, was mein Vater gelitten hat.
Web	And to Abiathar the priest said the king, Depart to Anathoth, to thy own fields; for thou art worthy of death: but I will not at this time put thee to death, because thou didst bear the ark of the Lord GOD before David my father, and because thou hast been afflicted in all in which my father was afflicted.
